Q: How long does it take for photos to appear?
A: Photos appear the next calendar day.
Q: What do i do if I lost my ticket?
A: Select the property you visited, the date, and leave the ticket number field blank.

Q: What’s the difference between Fun Foto! and Fun Foto!+?
A: Fun Foto! gets your photos sent to you digitally for the day of purchase. The Plus program offers the same
benefits as Fun Foto!, but lasts for the entire 2016 season. Both programs include a special offer where you can
print your 5” x 7” photos for only $5 per print at the sales counter.
Q: Where can someone buy a pass?
A: Guests can purchase a Fun Foto! Day Pass or a Fun Foto!+ Season Pass at any participating Photo Memories
Locations.
Q: What are the benefits of Fun Foto!+?
A: As a Plus member, you are eligible for 5” x 7” pricing of just $5 at sales counter, compared to the normal retail price of $19.99. All
of your photos for the season will be hosted on a unique website listed on your membership card, where you can
email, download, or send your photos directly to Facebook.
Q: How do I receive my images?
A: Membership cards are printed with a QR code that will take you to a unique website listed on your membership
card, where you can email, download, or send your photos directly to Facebook.
Q: What can I do with my digital images once I receive them?
A: Purchases include a digital release granting you legal ownership, which allows you to do whatever you please,
including rendering, reproduction, duplication, use for social media purposes, etc.
Q: What locations accept this?
A: A pass is good for the location where the pass is purchased. For example, a Fun Foto!+ member is eligible for
the included benefits at Photo Memories locations at the San Diego Zoo, but not Photo Memories locations at the
Woodland Park Zoo or the Lincoln Park Zoo.
Q: Do I get one photo, or all of them?
A: With either Fun Foto! or Fun Foto!+, you get all of your photos for the day.
Q: Will any personal information be collected?
A: Yes; information will be collected at time of sale for verification purposes; it will be limited to the same
information collected during any credit card transaction.
Q: Are photos accessible by anyone?
A: Photos are stored on a unique website that only the member has the site URL for.
Q: What do I do if I lose a Fun Foto!+ Member card?
A: Lost membership cards will be reissued with a $25 replacement fee. Unfortunately, a new card would be tied to
a new unique site URL, so previously taken photos would be inaccessible.
Q: Will Fun Foto! be accepted at all photo locations?
A: At this time, no, unfortunately. The program only includes walk-around photos, but stay tuned for 2016.
Q: Is my Fun Foto!+ membership card required to get photos?
A: Yes. Without it, nothing will be issued.
